Surf & Sail Lessons
This spring and summer, the Sea Pines Beach Club is offering exciting Surf & Sail Lessons led by the Island Recreation Association. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, there are private lessons and camps tailored to your needs.

Beach Club Facilities FAQ
Where can I park at the Beach Club?
Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for guests of The Sea Pines Resort and Sea Pines property owners between 8am and 3pm from spring through Labor Day.
Are there restrooms and shower facilities at the Sea Pines Beach Club?
Yes, there are outdoor showers and foot wash stations as well as air-conditioned bathrooms. Family-sized restrooms and changing rooms are also available.
What is dress attire for the Beach Club?
Casual attire is recommended for Coast, Oceanfront Dining. At Ocean Lounge, a more upscale space reserved for guests age 21 and older, proper resort attire is required.
What is included in The Sea Pines Resort’s beach chair service and how does it work?
The Sea Pines Resort’s seasonal beach chair service—recognized by the orange chairs and umbrellas—is available at the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9am–5pm, seven days a week, May 4 through Labor Day (dates subject to change), weather permitting. Food and beverage service is offered from 11:30am–4pm.
Beach chair service includes:
- Premium beach chairs and umbrellas
- Towels
- A cooler stocked with bottled water
- Access to food and beverage service on the beach
Guests of The Inn & Club at Harbour Town receive this service complimentary. Guests of The Sea Pines Resort may access the service for $55 per day, available on a first‑come, first‑served basis and not available for advance reservations.
What is the difference between the orange and blue umbrellas at the Beach Club?
The orange umbrellas belong to The Sea Pines Resort’s beach chair service, offered directly at the Sea Pines Beach Club. The blue umbrellas are operated separately and can be rented through the Hilton Head Island Beach Patrol at shorebeach.com.
Is there a beach wheelchair available for use?
Yes, we offer a complimentary beach wheelchair at the Sea Pines Beach Club. The chair is stored near the bicycle racks on the left-hand side of the building. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis by scanning the QR code on the nearby signage, which will direct you to our booking platform, FareHarbor.
